Jodhpur. The identity of the woman whose body was found in a sack near the collectorate wall has been established. In this case, the police have arrested two accused for murdering the woman. ACP Hemant Kalal stated that the preliminary investigation revealed that a woman and a man were with the deceased. The deceased has been identified as Kanchan Devi, a resident of Kadwo ki Dhani Kuchaman. The police called the deceased's relative Bhagwan Sai from Jodhpur for identification. The body has been kept in the MGH mortuary and a case has been registered by her brother. The investigation has revealed that the homeless woman was mentally ill and was living outdoors. The woman had started staying with the accused Pintu and Pinky for the last few days. All three had been staying in Jaswant Sarai for two to three days. They used to beg, and Kanchan started earning more money by begging than Pintu and Pinky. There was a dispute between Pintu and Pinky over the money transactions with Kanchan, leading to Pintu and Pinky strangling her to death.
