Udaipur. An attractive colourful calendar of New Year - 2025 was released by the Udaipur Catering Dealers Committee. The committee's New Year Sneh Milan was also organized along with the calendar release ceremony held with grandeur and colourful lights at Rasm Resort on Badi Road. On this occasion, Rajya Sabha MP Chunnilal Garasiya, calendar releaser Vipra Foundation state president Narendra Paliwal, social worker Pramod Samar, former state minister Jagdish Raj Shrimali, Hindu Jagran Manch Chittor province Ravikant Tripathi, Hadoti Halwai Caterers Association Kota president Annu Agarwal, Jaipur Catering Dealers Committee president Manoj Sewani, Udaipur president Kamal Gurjar and secretary Naresh Bandwal along with many committee officials were present. Chief guest Rajya Sabha MP Chunnilal Garasiya said that from normal to royal weddings held in the city of lakes, people associated with the catering committee not only serve food but also serve culture. The problem of serving food to them till late night also needs to be considered.

Social worker Pramod Samar said that these people work day and night. We enjoy in 2 hours and go away. They shed their blood and sweat, how to decorate the food? Their family also waits for them. It is ironic that the labour faces a lot of trouble in late night events.

Former State Minister Jagdish Raj Shrimali said that the credibility of the city in royal weddings has been maintained by the people associated with the catering business. Due to your culinary skills, royal and destination weddings started happening in Udaipur, you gave food, taste and hospitality to the guests. This is the reason that now being a tourist city, there are events all 12 months.

Calendar releaser Vipra Foundation's state president Narendra Paliwal said that royal weddings, industrialists' and politicians' weddings have started happening in the tourist city, this increases our responsibility. But at the same time we also have to think that the committee has a thought for its labourers that the labour should be freed on time, on this, a time limit should be fixed by talking to the local administration and the government.

Committee President Kamal Gurjar said that 40 welcome gates have been set up by the committee in the entire city for the New Year and calendar release. In his welcome address, he thanked the executive and said that this event has been organized with the hard work of everyone and the support of philanthropists.

Committee Secretary Naresh Bandwal said that providing food till midnight in the catering business is a big challenge. Food is served from 2 am to 4 am, and breakfast has to be served again at 7 am. In such a situation, it is like exploitation for the labour. In such a situation, we want that like sound and other things, a time limit should be fixed for food. The association will consult the federation for this and will also talk to the administration. Bandwal said that I will start it myself. If there is any auspicious event in my house, its time limit will be fixed. Catering Dealers Association officials and workers were present in the ceremony.

Anna Ka Ho Maan UCDS Campaign

During the calendar release ceremony, the committee officials started a campaign that there should be no wastage of food in the events, for this, care will be taken at our level in the events. Posters and banners will be put up and appeals will also be made to the guests. For this, the committee also gave the slogan of Anna Ka Ho Maan.. UCDS Campaign.
